Ministers are similar to JOP's in Las Vegas. They have a privileged license to perform weddings. Unlike other places where a person who belongs to a church or religious group can automatically perform weddings. Here it is a very regulated industry. There are only a few issued.

If we receive four inches of rain for the whole year we are lucky. It just doesn't come into play. This is one of the main reasons Las Vegas is so Popular with Outdoor Weddings.

Thanks for doing a great job on our special day. Everything was perfect! Your limo driver called to say he was en route to our hotel, arrived right on time, was patient with our wedding party and got us to Valley of Fire in well under one hour. Once there, the photographer and minister introduced themselves and gave us plenty of time to collect everyone. The ceremony was perfect, everyone was happy and it was just a flawless operation.

This deluxe wedding package was an excellent bang for the buck. I've been to plenty of weddings that cost exponentially more and weren't a fraction as nice. While I hope this will be my only wedding, I won't hesitate to recommend LVW to others planning their big day. Thanks again for a job superbly done.

From Las Vegas, drive north on Interstate 15 approximately 35 miles to State Route 169. The Exit is well marked. Drive east on Route 169 for approximately 15 miles. This takes you to the entrance of the Valley Of Fire.

The plant community at Valley of Fire makes for a Beautiful Wedding Setting. Several cactus species, including beaver tail and cholla, are very common. This time of the Year is best to view the blooming of such plants as the desert marigold, indigo bush, and desert mallow. They add to an already spectacular Wedding Setting. The Beautiful Geological features give this area an unearthly look. In fact, the Valley of Fire has been used as the location for many Hollywood Films including one of the Star Trek series and several Prehistoric Sagas.
Historic stone cabins were built with native sandstone by the Civilian Conservation Corps in the 1930's as a shelter for passing travelers.

Outstanding examples of ancient Indian rock art or petroglyphs still exist.
Valley of Fire is Nevada's Oldest and Largest State Park, dedicated in 1935.
